ABOUT PETE MULLEN

As can be seen from my CV, I started as a Trainee Surveyor and have worked through the ranks over the last forty eight years, peaking as a Director for Murray and Roberts Civils.

The disciplines I have worked in are Roads, Earthworks and associated Civils including Pipelines and Structures.

Since leaving Murray and Roberts Civils in 2004 I have been freelancing.

·         Work carried out during this period:

·         Assistance with Tendering and Project Management for Bovani Construction.

·         Assisted in the start up of a large project in Botswana for Sladden International.

·         2008 to October 2010 Construction Manager for Hatch Africa on the Railway infrastructure for a new Iron Ore Mine at Sishen South Northern Cape.

·         November 2010 to April 2012: Senior Construction Manager for Raubex Construction.

·         April 2012 to August 2013: Requested by Hatch Africa to complete the Sishen West Expansion Project in the Northern Cape. This Project was successfully completed in August 2013.
